7-12th grade Athletic Performance

Our 7th–High School Athletic Performance Program is built to help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and better prepared for their sport.
Whether they're an experienced high school athlete or just beginning strength and performance training, our program meets athletes at their current level and gives them a clear path to progress.
Every 45-minute session combines the physical qualities that matter most for athletic performance:
Athletes sprint regularly, perform resisted sprinting such as sled pushes and band runs, learn proper running mechanics, and develop their ability to accelerate, change direction, and react.
In the weight room, we build around the fundamental squat, hinge, push, and pull movement patterns, with an emphasis on unilateral training for strength, coordination, stability, and mobility.
Our progression is simple:
Master Movement → Build Strength → Develop Power → Apply It to Sport
We don't want to guess whether our athletes are getting better—we want to measure it.
Every week, athletes perform our four primary performance tests as part of their training:
10-Yard Dash | Pro Agility | Broad Jump | Vertical Jump
Results are tracked through our app, allowing athletes and parents to see progress over time. These results also help our coaches make informed decisions about each athlete's training.
Classes are capped at 12 athletes so our coaches can provide the attention each athlete needs.
Athletes follow the same overall training system but progress based on their individual ability and experience. Newer athletes must demonstrate proper technique before progressing, while experienced athletes continue to be challenged appropriately.
Training can also be modified around injuries and sport schedules.
Training shouldn't stop when the season starts.
During the competitive season, we reduce training volume to manage fatigue while keeping intensity high enough to maintain and continue developing strength and athleticism.
Our flexible scheduling also allows families to choose how many days per week they train and change their class days and times from week to week. All memberships are month-to-month.
You don't have to already be fast or strong to start. Our job is to meet athletes where they are, teach them how to train correctly, and progressively challenge them as they improve.
