Building Better Athletes From the Ground Up

Our 4th–6th Grade Athletic Performance Program is designed to help young athletes move better, build confidence, and develop a strong foundation for future athletic success.

Our main goal is to create a fun, positive environment where athletes learn how to properly move their bodies, develop their athletic abilities, and enjoy training.

Every 45-minute session exposes athletes to the fundamental qualities of athleticism:

  • Speed & Acceleration
  • Agility & Change of Direction
  • Running Mechanics
  • Jumping & Landing
  • Strength
  • Coordination & Body Control

Athletes learn how to run, jump, land, accelerate, change direction, and control their bodies through a variety of drills, exercises, and games.

We want training to be something they look forward to, while still teaching skills that will benefit them as they grow.

Learning the Weight Room the Right Way

Our strength training at this age is centered around technique, movement quality, and building a strong foundation.

Athletes learn foundational movements such as:

Squats | DB Bench Press | Pull-Ups | RDLs

Our coaches spend time teaching athletes how to perform each movement correctly and confidently. As their technique, coordination, and strength improve, we continue to progress and challenge them.

Everything we do is designed to give young athletes a strong base that their future strength, speed, power, and overall athletic potential can grow from.

Fun With a Purpose

Kids learn best when they're engaged.

That's why we combine structured coaching with games, challenges, competition, and plenty of movement to keep athletes having fun while developing important athletic skills.

Behind every drill and game is a purpose—but to the athletes, training should still feel exciting.

Small Groups. More Coaching.

Classes are capped at 12 athletes, allowing our coaches to provide individual instruction and make sure athletes are learning movements correctly.

Every athlete develops at a different rate. Our small-group environment allows us to challenge each athlete appropriately while keeping training positive, encouraging, and fun.

Build the Foundation

This stage is all about giving young athletes the tools they need to continue developing.

Better movement. Better coordination. Proper technique. More confidence. A positive relationship with training.

By building those qualities now, we're creating a foundation that their speed, strength, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability can continue to grow from for years to come.
